ok as most of you already know and look forward too summer is just around the corner. summer is fun time and most of the 1942 people come out.
so here are our assignmets

ASF will play 3 versions of battlefield 1942

1.61 PEOPLE: anybody who wishes to stay with 1.6 and play on plats go right ahead. but please try to recruit for us

1.61 PEOPLE: if you tried to download fh and either it doesn't work or it will take like a week. if you already updated to 1.61 just find a good server and try to recruit.

FORGOTTEN HOPE: everyone who recruits try to encourage them to play fh...if they don't want too or can't thats fine. make sure i want majority of the clan to play it.

PLEASE POST WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING OR WANT TO DO
that way i can organize the clan into sections. and this way you can have a buddy to play with.

SUMMER TIME i will challenge marco to a friendly clan war. i'll have upload bf1942 on another computer to play 1.6 and all the 1.6 people will join me as we face off against our allies Joker$ should be fun.

i have bf2 i'm in my cousins clan WMD
we control 3 servers and i'm ranked as a lt but one of the best snipers

both are extremely fun but i like 1942 because its the only good ww2 game. there are other modern day war games to play
but the only good ww2 is battlefield 1942
but bromley and i have it...so i can play it with u after i reinstall it.

How to operate the FH1 with Windows Vista (or Windows 7) on servers with PB Activity

Instructions:

1. Install BF1942;

2. Install the patch 1.6 and then 1.61b.

3. Install in the order FH running the 3 files (1 / 3, 2 / 3 and 3 / 3).

4 - Download the folder CP: 85.214.86.156/patches/PB-FOLDER-VISTA.zip

5 - Unzip the folder and put your content on the Battlefield 1942 folder. You will be asked if you want to overwrite existing files and you should say yes.




6. Now, go to Control Panel, select and open System and Security, then select and open Administrative Tools, and finally Select Services. Browse Services by the entry "PnkBstrA", click the right mouse button and select Properties.
Note: It is very important, if the service is running (Started), shut it down manually by clicking the right mouse button and select Stop to stop it.

7. When open the properties tab, change the Startup Type from Automatic to Manual, click Apply and OK;


8. Repeat the same procedure for the entry "PnkBstrB.

9. Now go to the folder where Windows is installed, then select the System32 folder and look for the files PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB. Click the right mouse button on the file PnkBstrA and select Properties and then Compatibility. When the Compatibility tab is open, select the option Run program in compatibility mode and select Windows 98 / Windows Me Continuing the same compatibility tab, Go Catering Privilege Level and check the Run this program as an administrator. Click Apply and then OK.








10. Repeat the same procedure performed for the PnkBstrA PnkBstrB.

11. The Forgotten Hope also needs to run with administrator privileges and in compatibility mode with Windows 98! So, locate and select the icon FH created on your Desktop, click the right mouse button and select Properties. Upon opening the Properties option, click the Compatibility tab and when it is open, select the option Run program in compatibility mode and select Windows 98 / Windows Me Continuing the same compatibility tab, Go Catering Privilege Level and check the option Run this program as an administrator. Click Apply and then OK.
